Payments on Expired bookings

Payments on Expired bookings are always allowed as long as the products on the booking's itinerary are still available. This will help your business secure bookers who have missed the expiration deadline but you would still be able to host.

When a booker opens the Payment Form of their Expired booking, they will be informed of the situation and have the opportunity to make a payment.

Payments on Cancelled bookings

This option is disabled by default. To enable payments on cancelled bookings, go to Settings > Payment Form > General, and make sure the setting is Enabled.

When a booker opens the Payment Form of their Cancelled booking, they will have the opportunity to make a payment if the products on their itinerary are still available.

Payment methods for Expired and Cancelled bookings

You can determine which payment methods will be available in the case of a payment for a cancelled or expired booking. For example, you may not want to allow payments that aren't immediately verified, such as bank transfers.

To disable or enable a payment method for Expired/Cancelled bookings, go to Settings > Payment options. You will find a setting at the bottom of the modal to define Yes or No.
