When a booker finishes the reservation, he will be redirected to a Thank you page. You can set your own message on this page under the Booking Engine > Thank you page.

1. Thank you page content

This content shows up when you receive:

  • a booking request (Initial Booking Status is set to Request)

  • the total price of the booking is 0 (this can happen when there's a mistake in the price configuration)

2. Thank you page content for waiting list bookings

The content shows up when you receive:

  • a booking with a waiting status

Note: This option is only visible when the pro-feature waiting status is enabled in your account.
