You will find your General Settings on the navigation bar, under Settings > General. We will briefly describe each section for you to make the most out of it and avoid having to go back to change any settings.


Your account email defines the default sender address for your automated and manual emails. You will be able to set alternative sender addresses under General Settings > Emails.

The timezone helps define the cutoff time for booking your products.

Your company details will be exposed in your invoices and used for email template tags.


Nothing you should worry too much about now. If your business has 60+ accommodation options consider decreasing the calendar range during high occupancy periods to speed up your calendar's loading time.


These two settings define the default language and country code of the booker when creating a booking from the Backoffice.

*For Booking Engine bookings, the language is defined by the language the booking engine is in when they book.


Enable as many currencies as you accept and your payment gateways support. You will be able to set your pricing per currency for each product. The default currency will be preselected in the Booking Engine and when creating Backoffice bookings.

Please note that switching the currency in an existing booking will not adjust the amounts.

The advanced feature currency conversion rates will keep you from having to set a price per currency in each product,

Custom fields

If you would like to collect additional details from the booker and guests or for the booking page, this is the place to set those fields. Medical conditions, experience in certain spots, size for gear, etc. Free text input and fixed options

Deposit & Last minute

Define the amount require for a booking to be confirmed. You can have a special condition for last-minute bookings, which you can define yourself.

Define your email signature, which will be copied to the footer of every sent email, and add any alternative sender addresses you would like to have. For example, if you have several locations you might have different emails for each one (e.g & When you configure your email rules you will be able to define the sender address per rule.

Your sending domain's status is important to avoid emails bouncing or ending up in spam. Please request the verification email, send it to our team, and follow the steps in DNS settings for your account.


Define the dates format and the separator for decimals for your reports and exports. Set privileges to define which user roles are allowed to export data from the tables.

Gift Cards (advanced feature)

Define your Gift Card's colours, unique code pattern and expiration time.

Configure your invoices and define when they will be generated and closed. We recommend the standard invoice template. The header and footer fields will override the default header and footer.

Make sure to configure the numbering (prefix & suffix, etc.) before closing any invoices. The numbers of closed invoices cannot be changed. We recommend keeping the closing mode as MANUAL until your account is live.

Define what is visible in your Customer Portal's Itinerary and the Booking Engine's summary page in terms of prices, dates, descriptions and package items.

The above settings condition the itinerary in the screenshot below.


Add a logo for your Customer Portal, Invoices & Credit Notes and Gift Cards. Consider that Invoices, Credit Notes (portrait) and Gift Cards (landscape) are rendered on an A4 in PDF format and the logo will be resized to a width of 200px.

The logo for your booking engine can be added from Sales > Booking Engine > Logo.


Here you can define which users receive notifications for different events based on their user role. If you wish to disable all user notifications and be only notified to a specific email address contact our support team.

Pending bookings

Define how long bookings with a PENDING status will remain on the calendar and expire. If you wish to give days before a booking made via the booking engine expires simply multiply by 1440 (e.g 5 days = 7200 minutes).

"Require immediate payment only for certain packages" will allow you to decide per package the Initial Booking Status. CONFIRMED and REQUEST bookings will not expire.

"Require immediate payment only for certain packages" will ignore the packages' settings and require immediate payment for every booking.

Please note that bank transfers are not an immediate payment option. However, you can still allow them for PENDING bookings and extend the expiration time when a booker confirms they have made the transfer via the Payment Form. If your pricing varies depending on the season create the seasons and add the periods of dates that correspond to each season. Make sure to add a couple of years in advance to cover for early bird bookings. When a product has seasonal pricing it will not be available if a customer tries to book for a period that has not been added to any season.

Tax Rates

Add the tax rates that you will later assign to each product. These are used to calculate the VAT on your invoices and reports. Make sure to assign a tax rate to each product before adding any bookings since existing invoices will not be updated.

Tourist taxes will be added on a separate section of the invoice and the amount will not be added to the booking's total nor requested for payment. The collection of tourist taxes must be managed on-site.


When you add the Diet field to the guest form or web check-in the options you add here will be exposed.

If you wish to have a free text input or additional field for allergies, etc. we recommend you add a custom field.


Define the levels (surf level, yoga level, etc.) and a description for each. Bookers will be able to open a modal with the description of each level.

If you wish to request levels for more than one activity we recommend you add an additional custom field with an options list.

You can decide to not add this field to the guest form or web check-in and require it only for certain packages, overriding the default setting and exposing the field on the guest form.

Terms & Conditions

These terms & conditions will be displayed in your Customer Portal and required to make a payment or confirm a pending booking offer.

An agreement for terms&conditons for the checkout section of the booking engine can be added from Sales > Booking engine > Agreements.

Transfer Locations

Define the arrival location options. You will be able to select them in the Transfer Info tab of a guest in a booking and guests will be able to select them when they complete the web check-in (if this step is enabled).
